This book is a reprint of the book written in 1939 by the Author. At that time the only two books regarding this subject, one by A. Govindacharya and the other written as a serial by G. G. Narasimhacharya in the magazine Brahmavaadin. In the beginning the Author collected the GGN's writing, with the intention of scrutinizing, editing and publishing but did not succeed. Later on the Author had an opportunity to study Gitabhasya with the Tatparyachandrika of Sri Vedantha Desika and after getting guidance from Sri Karappangadu Venkatacharys Swamin, decided to freshly prepare translation of this book based closely following the Chandrika. This is a very good book in English on Ramanuja Gitabhasya and quite enjoyable too.
